Recent face lift
This home was built new in 2006 and was on the market with little interest it was decided to do a color stain change and
recolor the door to look like black walnut here are the results

BEFORE Pink in color,
door gray , trim yellow

During the process taping and color staining
base coat on door

AFTER We changed the color to a Malted brown
with Bamboo color accents, changed the garage
and entrance door to look like black walnut before
we were finished with the work we had people
looking with interest at the house . This work is
not expensive for the great results you can achieve.

A NOTE OF CAUTION; We never recommend painting STUCCO with materials not specifically designed
to be applied over stucco such as house paint this can cause grave future damage to the home by trapping
moisture in the sub straight if you intend to change your stucco color please call for a free consultation on color
